About Royal Jordanian
Royal Jordanian is the official airline of the Kingdom of Jordan, and its main offices are located in the capital, Amman. It has regular international airlines to four continents. Its main hub is located at Queen Alia International Airport, south of the capital, Amman.
Alliance
Oneworld founded in February 1999 is the third largest alliance in terms of passengers. Oneworld has 13 full members who collectively carry over 527.9 million passengers per year. Royal Jordanian's frequent flyer program allows members to access OneWorld network member airlines. Passengers can access privileges based on the status of the member airline's frequent flyer program. Oneworld has three premium status levels which are Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.
Arab Air Carriers Organisation is a non-political non-profit organisation in Beirut, Lebanon. The organization was set up upon the recommendation of the Transport Committee of the League of Arab States. With its main goal to promote cooperation, quality and safety standards they offer industry course in various aviation management programs and training in Human Resources which help airlines achieve in their training budgets among the Arab airlines. International Civil Aviation Organization signed an agreement with AACO that the airlines will have 0% growth of their emissions by 2020.

Class of Travel
Royal Jordanian provides two classes of travel:
Business class - Royal Jordanian offers guests with a luxurious flatbed in a fully equipped space with USB ports for work on the go. The personal TV screen provides non-stop entertainment which guests can enjoy with an array of delicious and healthy choices on board which is known as "Crown Dining". Passengers can unwind in the Crown Lounge after having a priority check-in and immigration process.
Economy class - Royal Jordanian's spacious and cushioned seats each come with an individual fan, reading light and a pocket for storage while onboard and ample room to stretch your legs. Passengers can choose from the over 40 local and international cuisines while pre-booking their meal. Short haul flights provide guests with light snacks to choose from apart from the complimentary items which are given onboard. Young flyers have fun Kid's meal which provides high nutritional value.
Baggage Allowance
Economy class passengers are allowed 7kg free baggage allowance for hand luggage and 23kgs for checked-in luggage.
Business class passengers free baggage allowance for checked luggage is 32 kg and hand luggage is 7kg.
Frequent Flyer Programme
Royal Club is Royal Jordanian's frequent flyer program which allows members to earn miles for each flight. Earning miles is not restricted to only Royal Jordanian but any of the airline partners. Royal Club affiliated credit card allows members to earn rewards while shopping on the ground at any of their partner outlets around Jordan.
In-flight Services
Royal Jordanian's guests can use state of the art interface which redefines in-flight entertainment with a wide range of popular games from around the world to listening to music and watching movies with the complimentary headphones. Royal Jordanian provides a lengthy selection of audiobooks which are now available on select flights. Young flyers have dedicated programs which include movies, TV shows, games and audio programs. Royal Jordanian's short-haul flights serve light refreshments whereas long haul flights serve prepared meals with beverages. Alcohol is served onboard on longer flights.
Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24hrs to 4 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24hrs to 4 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
Onboard Support
Royal Jordanian provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check in are provided by on ground staff. Passengers can choose a service that best suits their need. Expectant mothers and parents of unaccompanied children can read the regulations and policies before flying on Royal Jordanian's website.
Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Royal Jordanian sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
